Grief and loss, whether from the miscarriage of a loved baby, the breakup or divorce of a long term intimate relationship, or even the death of a loved one can be a devastating life situation. Everyone knows it takes time for grieving to pass, but for some people grief can seem overwhelming and can feel like it is not fading with time.
