UNWANTED EMOTIONS SAMPLE TARGETS
Focus as specifically as possible on times when the Unwanted Emotion was a problem in your life. Think back to exactly what it felt like to have a bad depressive episode, or when you last felt explosive out of control anger, or even the incident surrounding your feelings of unworthiness and low self esteem. Think back to where you were, how you felt, and what was happening when the overwhelming emotions came up.
Make it as specific and detailed as possible in your mind.
