VIRTUAL EMDR SESSION ACCESS
EMDR treatments can sometimes produce strong, overwhelming, or powerful negative emotions during or after the session. If this happens, and you feel you need a break, you should stop your session and take a few deep relaxing breaths to help you come back to the present. If you feel like the emotions brought about by the EMDR Therapy are too intense, you may want to turn off the EMDR Session Tool and end your session for the day. You can always start a new session tomorrow.
